Usage Guidelines for the “JidoriTM” and “Jidori ChickenTM” Brand
Mao Foods, Inc. appreciates all of the support for Jidori ChickenTM we receive from great chefs and restaurants, as well as enthusiastic writers in the press and other media. We are grateful that many restaurants have chosen to feature Jidori Chicken and that many food writers, bloggers and reviewers have written favorably about our product. To assist our customers, writers and the public to understand, discuss and recognize our brand we created these guidelines.
If you choose to mention “JidoriTM” or “Jidori ChickenTM” we ask that you follow these guidelines:
- “JidoriTM” or “Jidori ChickenTM” are trademarks of Mao Foods, Inc.
- “JidoriTM” or “Jidori ChickenTM” refer to a specific brand of chicken, processed and sold only by Mao Foods, Inc.
- Thus “JidoriTM” or “Jidori ChickenTM” must never be used to identify or refer to another company’s product.
- The first letters of “JidoriTM” or “Jidori ChickenTM” are always capitalized.
- If a blogger, reviewer, writer or critic makes reference to “Jidori” or “Jidori Chicken”, our marks should be used in distinctive typeface, such as italics or capital letters, or used with the “TM” superscript to show it is our trademark. Like this: JidoriTM or Jidori ChickenTM
